By signing below, the purchaser acknowledges and is aware that South Beach Tickets and Tours is not affiliated with the venue box office, TicketMaster, TeleCharge, etc., and agrees that they are purchasing a complete concert, theatre or sporting event package pursuant to Florida Statute 817.36 and that the purchaser fully understands that any tickets included in this sale are being sold at FACE VALUE and any additional cost reflects the value of the entertainment package including but not limited to: Entertainment Consultation, Service/Handling Charge, and Map or Information Packet. Purchaser also agrees that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. With no refunds, cancellations and NO EXCEPTIONS. If the event is canceled, face value of tickets will be refunded or full store credit will be issued.
